Your use of our online resources may result in the Certification of Disability Management Specialists (CDMS) collecting information about you. Your privacy and its protection are of utmost importance to the entire CDMS organization. Therefore, this policy has been established to communicate with you our commitment to your privacy as well as how your information will by used by our organization.

Data Collection
When you use the CDMS Commission's on-line resources, information may be collected in 3 different ways:

We do not knowingly collect information from children. All requests for information are assumed to be from adults. If we determine that any information has been collected from children, we will immediately purge it.

Data Analysis
As indicated above, we will collect usage statistics from our web server as one of several analysis methods to make our site more useful to our users. Again, this information will be collected and handled at the mass statistical/anonymous level. Individual statistics will not be collected.

No other analysis of information collected from our site will be performed.

Data Sharing
While we will make every effort to protect and preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose some or all of it when required to do so by law or an order by judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us and/or our web site. In these cases, we will only share the information when we have a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to legally comply.
