CDMSC has attempted to make CDMS certificant information as accurate and complete as possible. However, the best way to verify the current status of an individual CDMS's certification is to send a written request, along with a $15 processing fee, to:

Find A Certified Professional Instructions—A minimum of one field needs to be completed to initiate the search:

1. Last Name: The more information that is filled in, the more specific the search. Using only one or two letters will retrieve every name that has that letter or pattern in it (for example, "th" would show both "Smith" and "Thomas")
2. First Name: The more information that is filled in, the more specific the search.
3. State: Select the 2-letter abbreviation for the state. Completing only this section will list all certified professionals within a particular state.
4. City: Input any city. If used without a state, the search will retrieve certified professionals in like cities of various states.
